The Annual Dinner marks the end of the Camper Journey. This is a delicate occasion as Honorary Advisors, Alumni, Committee Members and Campers are gathered reminiscing the experiences they had in the Union, and to announce the official closing of the 32nd Camper Journey - "Reveal the Radiant Realm".
Annual Dinner 2024
On September 14, 2024, the Annual Dinner 2024 celebrated the achievements of the 32nd Hong Kong Union for Young Leaders, recognizing the outstanding accomplishments of both Campers and the Board of Committees over the past ye.
The event, hosted at Park Hotel Hong Kong, delighted attendees with a spread of delicious cuisine. Adding to the evening's ambiance, Campers showcased their talents through captivating performances, including dances and songs that reflected their gratitude and skill.
During the dinner, the ten HOBY Ambassadors who represented Hong Kong at the recent World Leadership Congress in Chicago shared their enriching experiences with fellow Campers. Their hope is to inspire others to apply the lessons learned on the global stage to effect positive change in Hong Kong. Additionally, the Annual Video of the 32nd HKUYL was screened, offering a nostalgic journey through the cherished moments of the ten-month endeavor.
In times of struggle and uncertainty, remember that the Union stands as a welcoming haven, a second home amidst life's challenges. As we witnessed the tremendous growth of each Camper as they Revealed their Radiant Realm, we encourage every Camper to push beyond their boundaries and be beacons outside of the Union as young leaders of society. And as always, the Union will always support them as they navigate the complexities of their personal journeys.
